Message bus outage in Singapore

We are noticing an increased error rate in our message bus component. This has caused connection errors for users connecting to our Singapore region. Error rate has kept increasing until 9:10 PM PT, when the region became unusable.

We've diverted traffic away from 9:30 PM PT to other regions. Service was fully restored at 10:05 PM PT.
