We have received reports of SIP outbound calls failing to Plivo. Inbound calling was not impacted during this time. We are still investigating the root cause, it appeared there was a routing change that lead our outbound calling infrastructure to believe it was located outside of India. This has resulted calls being routed outside of India on our side, and was thus rejected by Plivo.

The issue has been resolved around 16:25 UTC when we've disabled regionalized outbound call routing. We will continue to root cause this issue and improve our outbound calling capabilities to ensure regional compliance.
