A data center incident had occurred in US Central that caused the region inaccessible for a period of time. While the data center outage should have been isolated, we found a configuration issue that caused SIP and certain Egress functions (Track, TrackComposite and ParticipantEgress) to rely on services in that region. The outage started around 6:25 UTC and was fully recovered by 7:10 UTC
